Hearing Testing
A Hearing Test Could Change Your Life
Whether you're going out to dinner, hearing raindrops falling on the sidewalk, having a conversation with someone you love, or hearing a baby giggle, the sounds around you add texture and meaning to life. As audiologists, our job is to help you and the ones you love to hear better so that you can experience life to its fullest. We focus on that goal - helping you hear all the little important things. That's why we put the needs of our patients at the center of all of our activities and offer an unsurpassed patient experience from beginning to end with world-class services and products.
Understanding Your Hearing Test Results
We will review the results of the hearing test (audiogram) with you,
and show you which speech frequencies are audible to you as well as
what tones you can hear at which levels (called thresholds). The
audiogram is very helpful in providing a baseline for future hearing
tests as well as deciding if or what treatment solutions may be right
for you.

What Happens During A Hearing Test?
When you arrive at our office, the first thing you will do is sit with one of our licensed hearing experts. You can expect to spend an hour or more on this visit, where we discuss your medical history, learn more about your hearing and find out if you have any particular concerns. We will then test your ears.
The types of tests that we will do are listed below.
